Swamy Gopalanada Theertha Saraswathy Vidyanikethan is managed by Geetha Bhavan Trust Aluva – a registered charitable Trust with registration No: 2603 of 1977.
The Trust was formed and registered under the guidance of Swamy Gopalananda Theertha of Haindhava Sevasramam, Nochima to promote and do service to the society in the field of education, health care , Socio-Cultural front etc. Swamy GopalanandhaTheetha was the first Managing Trustee and the other founder members of the Trust were,
GBT Started the Vidyadhiraja Vidyabhavan English Medium High school at Cheerakkada Aluva under Kerala state board of Education in the year 1976. The school was inaugurated by His Highness Marthadavarma IIayaraja of Travancore in the presence of Swamiji. VVBHSS Aluva is one of the best schools in Aluva today with more than 1700 students . The school raised to Higher secondary education (+2 ) in 2002.VVBHSS is delivering excellent results for the last 46 years and one of the best schools in aluva.
After the demise of Swamiji in 1977, at the age of 47, GBT took over the administration and functioning of Haindava Sevasramam at Nochima . It still continues to be a spiritual centre under the guidance of Swamy Purandharanandha Maharaj. In the year 2002 ,GBT purchased the 3.5 acres of land surrounding the Swamiji’s Ashramam at Nochima and started a Senior Secondary school under CBSE . The school was given Swamiji’s name to commemorate his name and his untiring mission and that is our school SGTSVN.
